If you receive any damaged product in your shipment, we will ship you a new product. Kindly send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Please include two different angled close ups and one wide range picture of the broken item. Please do not use the item if it's broken. Make sure the pictures are clear and free of clutter around the item. Please include your order number in the email along with the pictures.
